Hi,
My cousin recently had one side of his car painted. It looks like there are goosebump looking finishes on the clearcoat. Is there any way to have this removed via a polish or rubbing compound of some sort?
Thanks in advance.
Sounds like solvent pop to me. The solvents couldn`t outgas as someone has put on a glaze or wax while still curing.
I`m not a paint expert but a repaint may be needed.

Thanks SVR. Can an abrasive polish be an alternative?
maybe wetsanding would do it. I don`t know if it will work but I seriously doubt you could get bubbles out of clear by polishing since the bubbles have come from the base of the paint to the surface.
