Not bad for a moving shot using my camera phone. This is out at River Legacy Park in Arlington on the back trail. I was going nearly 20 mph when I took this shot. :)

BTW, I passed 1000 miles on my Cannondale (road bike) the other day. Took me 58 hours, 44 minutes over about 3 months to do it. Probably could have done it a few weeks earlier if it wasn`t so rainy here. Anyway, that works out to a 17.02 mph average, not bad considering I just started riding again in January after a 25 year layoff.

Damn Scott, that`s not too shabby!

I`m going to have to invest in a nice speedometer for my bike, I`m always wondering how far I`ve ridden after a good ride.

Good job Scott!

I really need to get back on my bike too. Maybe next spring I`ll get a new road bike, that will motivate me... lol

Guess I won`t be riding that path for a while. The non-stop rain has flooded the park out. :(

Congrats! As an avid cyclist, that`s very impressive. I too returned to cycling 5 years ago after 25 years and those first 1000 miles gave me a sense of accomplishment.

Yeah, this is getting utterly ridiculous. I can`t remember the last time we had a blue sky, sunny day. This sucks.

Doesn`t help the idiot weather guessers stand there and go "well, at least it isn`t 100 degrees" as if that makes all the flooding okay.

Yeah, well bad enough I am losing $1000+ a week in business but people are dying because of the flooding. Every time I hear them say that, it is all I can do to keep from throwing a brick through the TV screen. :angry
