I had some dried cement on the very lowest part of my car. It was ridiculously hard to get off. I tried water, rubbing compound, clay bar, rubbing alcohol, Klasse all in one and tar remover. Nothing worked.

Then I tried some white wine vinegar on a cotton ball. The results were very limited.

Today I took some very mild wet dry sand paper and I dipped it in white wine vinegar. The thinking that the acid from the white wine vinegar would loosen the mortar of the cement.

That combination worked like a charm. Its 100% gone now. :)

I guess I was too cheap or impatient to wait. Actually Ive never seen that in a store. Is it online only?

My solution worked perfect as well so no complaints.

I only made this thread because I just wanted people that had the same problem to be able to find this solution in the future.
