Bottom line, most paint companies say 3 months is a good idea. in the meantime the safest way to get some protection is with a body-shop safe glaze like Megs #5. It just won`t have any the kind of durability you get from wax.

i know that it is so tempting to do what you want in your car after paint but if I were you i`ll wait. Just let it cure first.
