2001 Mustang Saleen. I detailed it about 18 months ago, been in the shop for a while since then....having the engine built up. The owner says just over 500 hp at the rear wheels. Definitely sounds healthy!

I started with Zaino ZPC using orange Edge Cyclo pads, followed by Optimum Poli-Seal using a white LC CCS pad and finished with Opti-Seal.

Opti-Seal does a nice job on the plastic trim, as you can see here.

I really didn`t do much to the engine other than a quick wipe-down but I knew I`d take heat if I didn`t post pics...

2005 BMW 525 and a 2007 Mercedes S550. Both in excellent shape so just an Optimum No Rinse wash and Opti-Seal.

2004 Toyota Corolla. Belongs to my ex-wife`s Mom. I had planned to do a polish and wax on my son`s new car while I was up in Kentucky for his graduation last week but a friend of his backed into the side and two doors need to be repainted. So I detailed my ex-mother-in-law`s car instead. Someone had set a cup of something on the hood and it left a dark stain. There were also random dark streaks down the hood too. The paint almost looked like a chalky single stage white paint job it had such a hazy look. With a good chance of storms rolling through in a few hours, and my son`s graduation party as well, I didn`t any befores. Now I wish I had, the improvement was so dramatic.

Anyway, same process as the Saleen, ZPC/orange, OPS/white/OS by hand.

The sun sort of peaked out....30 minutes later, heavy thunderstorms hit. :nervous2:

2007 Mustang GT California Special. I wash it every couple of weeks, except for May because it wouldn`t stop raining. I had a good base coat of Werkstatt`s Acrylic Jett and Optimum Opti-Seal from March and April respectively, so I thought I`d try Pinnalce Souveran on it. Added some really nice depth. :)

=============

2007 Volkswagen New Beetle. I used the Werkstatt twins on it when the owner bought the car about 6 months ago. The paint was still beading well and had decent slickness but the owner said it had been 6 months and she wanted it rewaxed. It was about 95 and no shade so I opted to polish the car with Poli-Seal using a white LC CCS polishing pad and top with Poorboy`s Natty`s Blue. That combo gave it a slightly softer, deeper looking finish than the Werkstatt twins.

Wow! Great job as always! Every one of your posts you make me want to buy opti seal more and more. It just always ends up being you+light colors(and dark too)= a new level of wetness.

Edit: Also wondering if your gonna pick up the new Nattys Red? Aren`t you a nattys fan?

Yeah, I`ll probably order a jar of Natty`s Red. I`ve been pretty happy with the Poorboy`s product line. Really helps me out in the summer when no shade is available.

Great job as always! :goodjob

Nice pictures too, but you could get even sharper pics if you reduce noise of them, for example with Neat Image.

Awesome as usual Scott - but I have a question to throw at you - does opti-seal just seal or does it darken at all?? I picked up some megs`s #21 (was pondering opti-seal) - the shine is nice w/#21 but darkend my paint(my Xterra w/Knight Armor paint) a bit much for my taste -
