I need to get myself a clay bar. Locally I can get Megs or Mothers the decision there is easy i`ll take the Mothers. However I want to try Adam`s DS which I can get as a combo with Adam`s clay bar. So what does everyone think of Adam`s clay bar? How does it differ from Mothers? What should I get?

I believe there are only 2 or 3 clay bar manufacturers in the world. All the clay bars work pretty well for me. As a matter of fact, a while back, when I tested the Adams clay bar, I found it to be very similar in make-up to the Mothers` clay bar.
Therefore, if you are ordering the DS, it makes sense to order the clay too.

I bought Adams clay a long time ago.
It came with a plastic jar to keep it in.
It`s seems the same as Poorboys clay to me.
Now I buy PB and still use the adams jar to keep it clean.

Awesome so I think I`ll take the DS Clay combo then. The price difference is Adam`s combo is $5 CAD more.
Yes I`ve been told that clay is only made by 2 mfgs as well. I`ve used the Adams clay bar and like it, but I think you will be addicted to Adam`s Detail Spray. Its great!
Worth grabbing the combo, because the bar is gigantic and comes with a nice container. It`s the Erazer version, being very stretchy and easy to use. I`d take it easily over the Mother`s Kit.

Yeah I bought the combo. I really do love the DS however I also have the S&G so its hard to love only one. I was actally dissappointed witht he clay. My car is 3 years old and has 18,000 KM most of it is city and I bought it new. The hood was full of grit towards the front and the clay bar removed nil. I repeated, rubbed hard tried everything but it would not come out. My lube was soap water in a spray bottle. Maybe it was there when I got the car who knows.

ACtually, I think the 20% discount code "brad" is good through the 7th. That`s what I read on dodgetalk.com. I just entered that code into adamspolishes.com and it still shows the 20% discount so anyone that wants to use it might want to use it now cause I don`t know how long it will last.
