I recently ordered a bunch of WW towels from Winner`s Circle Detailing. Due to a mistake in my shipping address, the delivery was not on schedule and Rob promptly did correct the mistake. But afterwards, FedEx kept screwing up the delivery, but over and above my expectations, Rob shipped a replacement order through USPS priority mail which got delivered today. Rob also threw in few more towels as part of the shipment and also asked me to keep the original shipment as and when it arrives (through FedEx). I`m impressed by his customer service!! Thanks Rob:2thumbs: I`m getting pampered more and more by this kind of customer service:)

Oh yeah, FedEx still hasn`t managed to ship it yet so I have asked Rob to take it back. Feels bad to get so many freebies from a good man so I have asked Rob to have FedEx ship it back to him!!

Yea, good customer service makes you want to be a lifetime customer. Jason from Autogeek is a good guy as well. I have had great experiences with his customer service.

Absolutely guys. I find that almost almost everyone mentioned in autopia, and sometimes, connected to autopia, like Danase, go well beyond your expectations! It is service like this that makes me wonder why other services that we encounter everyday aren`t like this:confused:

The only other company that I`ve dealt with to come atleast closer to this levels of service is Amazon.

Yea I wish other services had this type of customer service, the world would be a MUCH better place. Try calling Verizon, or Cingular, or the power company. Maybe these detailing product companies like AG and Danase should do some consulting on the side!

A valid point is raised here: I`ve had excellent customer service experiences with Detailers Domain, Autogeek and Chemical Guys.

I agree. I placed an order with him on-line, and within five minutes he CALLED ME UP! just to make sure everything was okay. Very fast service, too.
