Hi fellow autopia members, i paid a visit to my local carquest store in search of Presta Ultra Light Cutting Creme,but i could only find the presta strata ultra cutting creme and i was wondering if you can use it with a porter cable 7424 and a orange or yellow 6" buffing pad from autogeek.net, i bought the kit a while ago with a wool pad,white pads,black pads,yellow & orange pads,removal bonnet, it`s the best way i can describe it at the moment, hope this helps.
But i really hope i don`t need a rotary buffer to use with the Presta Strata Ultra Cutting Creme,it feels pretty gritty to the fingers,but it broke down nice when i used it on my ipod to buff out the scratches in the chrome,and i used it on a test panel from a car,didn`t see any micromarring or leftover swirls so i`m guessing it`s safe to use,it did gum up a bit but mabye a spritz of quick detailer will resolve that.
Anyway,you`re insights are appreciated
