Bret and I worked on this neighbors 911 from 1986 which for the vintage was in decent shape except for the swirls. Process was:

**Chemical Guys Shampoo (Auto Gloss)

**Z-18 Claying with Z-6

**(2X-3X) Z-PC via Megs or Lake Country pads. I did a cutting pad and Bret followed with his PC with a medium or finishing pad. We polished the car out twice.

**PakShak edgeless to remove dust

**Z-6 Detail to further remove dust with Pak UltraSmooth

**Z-5 Pro with ZFX

**Z-8 to finish

**For wheels we used ZAIO which worked great

**For plastic components and trim we used Z-16

**Interior: Metro Vac followed by 303 Aerospace on dashboard

Too many swirls:

This was a lot of fun and it worked out well for us. The owner was very happy. :)

Lee, I have been waiting to see how this one came out.

Isn`t it nice how you can use ZPC with different pads to get the required results.

The paint looks very deep.

Wheels look great as well.

Thanks Bryan. Bret did the wheels and we used Z-16 on the tires which I forgot to mention. It was really looking great at 8am this morning when I took the final pictures. The fenders were incredible. We really did well to use Z-PC with a cutting pad followed by a finishing pad....removed a ton of the swirls although some remained. Z-5 filled in the rest though.

A fun car. :)

Thanks for sharing! Loved it!

And thanks for the heads-up on the Z16 for the tires. I loved the way they look, and since I just purchased exactly the same tire for my car, I may have to go there.
