If the car is clean but dusty is it all right to use quik detailer spray. I wasn`t sure if this might scratch the paint to use when dusty.

Many will say no, it will scratch. I have used #34 to do this hundreds of times and never induced marring. Just proceed with caution.

Is it just a very lite dust??? If it is, I would say you`re safe to use the QD. Just spray a good amount of QD. But if its a heavy dust, I would not bother use my QD. I would rather wash it to prevent scratches.
