Nikota?

So I was doing my routine browse through bargain stores, and I saw that Big Lots was carrying a new lineup of tools by the company Nikota. I noticed that there was a 7" variable speed angle polisher for ~$30, but could not figure out they mean its a rotary or random orbital..

A search on google groups also indicated that Nikota`s engineers are ex-Makita engineers...
