I tried this stuff on my interior when woolite wasn`t cutting it, and it worked wonders. My only problem was the smell. It definitely had a strong chemical type smell which i`m not fond of. If you`re looking for some all purpose cleaner, give it a try. Here`s a couple of old pics i found, i used megs apc cut with water in a spray bottle and a couple of different brushes.

If you really don`t like the smell, give APC+ a try. It has an orange smell to it.

Just wondering what dilution ratios do you use megs APC for interior cleaning of plastics, rubber and leather.

I use 10 parts water / 1 part Megs APC.

Another good APC for grease and oil is a product called "oil eater". I use a couple oz in the wash of my NF towels. Household Cleaning Products - KAFKO INTERNATIONAL LTD. - Industrial & Household Cleaners (http://www.oileater.com/Household.html)

Nickelplated .45- Wow, that sure did work well for you!
Has anybody ever compared the APC/APC + with EFHI? I`m running low on the EFHI and debating going with the Meg`s stuff instead.
That is one great turn around, I have heard of the Megs APC to be good but I have never tried it my self. Looks interesting enough, I`ll give it a try.
Great results by the way.
Thanks for sharing.

Go with Meg`s no doubt... I use it for almost anything, from interior stuff like posted above to cleaning my pads after I`m done polishing... I use APC+, never tried APC

Thanks for the heads up on the APC+. I`m going to have to check that out. I think i used the 10:1 ratio suggested on the label when i was cleaning the interior.

Hmm...looks nice.
Haven`t tried the Meg`s APC products considering the good luck I`ve always had with Simple Green or the Zep APC.
Anyone that has used both Simple Green (or similar) and Meg`s feel like Meg`s holds any superiority?

I don`t know about superiority, but I feel safer with Meg`s. I do however still use Simple Green almost every detail for different stuff.

Go with Meg`s [as opposed to EFHI]..
It sure would be simple to just get the APC/+ at my local autobody/paint place instead of ordering the EFHI...
