Just go easy on `em. Sounds like they`re single stage so maybe the pigment transfer isn`t as significant as it looks, but still there are some areas where you just can`t do a whole lot of correction. I have areas on my Mazda minivan where I cut through after hardly *any* polishing (and that was with mild stuff); some vehicles just have areas where you have to be very gentle even if that mean living with imperfections.

I believe on the rav4 they are painted but its flat where there is no clear up there so I don`t think you should try to polish it like a regular painted panel. I would just clean it in the normal wash and try not to use anything to aggressive on it

thanks guys. guess I`ll start easy and work my way up and see what rubs out.

757 it is flat. she has one of those little steamers might give that a try to get the heavy off.

will take pics when I get to doing it, right now I`m working on one of my `01 Blazer. man that paint is hard.

Yeah, I did the first pass on my `00 with the rotary/orange/aggressive product (H-T EC mixed with 1Z Ultra). Then the H-T/1Z mix by Cyclo/orange, then 1Z PP/Cyclo green.
