Ha, bet most of you expected to see a Porsche. This is the other 911. I recently got the local fire department for a customer, just the fire chief and captain vehicles for now. They don`t ned a show car detailing, but I still think they should look good. After all, a true Autopian can do no less...:) It was washed and clayed, followed up with a polish with 1Z PP and folowed that with a coat of CK Moose Wax. It was very slick and smooth when done. I love the CK products. I also do the local police department cruisers and will post a thread when I start them soon. If anyone else does emergency vehicles how about posting some pics too. It brings out the kid in all of us to see fire vehicles and police cars, especially clean ones! Except when they are behind us with the lights on...

Yeah it`s a ggod job to have. They are in pretty good shape considering the conditions they endure, and it`s good to have friends on the police and fire departments!!!

Hey Jim nice job on that, i will be doing the same on saturday except on a 96 Explorer (Mass Pike) and then possibly some police chiefs and lieutenants and sergeants from around here ( i work at MHQ if you`ve ever heard of it)

Ill be getting paid 100$ for the inside and out so i can tell you im not gonna spend all day on these (which sucks cuz i would love to but 100$ isn`t worth the effort on something that gets beat on every day)

Great job man looks good, some of the troopers/chiefs i`ve seen have some ridiculously clean cars, some of em i just wanna tell em dont use armor all it sucks lol

that`s the same price I get for the job bluej511. And I agree, I don`t spend all day on it, but I do want it to look good. It`s good advertising, these vehicles are all over town all the time. Are you out near Boston? I`m out in Western MA, off exit 8 of the Pike.
