I was wondering if it was possible to save this vehicle. If so what would I need, I`m using a PC would I need a rotary for this? Thanks for the help. I got a buddy thats asking me to help him, since he doesn`t have money to repaint. Thanks agian

Agreed, you are looking at paint failure.

The clear coat might be gone but couldn`t he try to get back some of the color coat?

Sure he could, with a wet sand. Remove the currently failed CC and bring her back to life. I havent done it, but Ive seen it happen before. That would be a good demo car! Is that a Honda?
