Mini Cooper stripes

Heya,



A quick question on regarding a Mini Cooper bonnet stripes. Over the weekend I did a white 2006 MC-S. There`s 2 black stripes on the bonnect(hood) are all scratched up. I tried to polish it off and doesnt seem do any justice. LOL, can these vinyl racing stripes be polish?:nixweiss

On my Mini I used Poli-Seal / Green Pad / on a PC on 6 and it seemed to improve the look 100% but I would be very cautions about using abrasives on stripping. I was to the point that if it didn`t work I was going to remove the stripping or replace it.
