Thanks for the link sir but there is no response for me! There was at first but when I tried to send I was bounced "everywhere", then back to ground"Zero".



I wrote an email stating the problem but it went into "vapor" on sending, why?

well, i`m sure either the vendor you purchased it from or the manufacturer (when you find their contact info) will resolve this for you. it`s a holiday weekend...so i highly doubt they would respond right now anyway. just give someone a call on monday and don`t be so upset.
