Depnds on who you ask. Most on here say do not do it. Use WW MF. But Sal Zaino says to do it.

No no on bath towels. You *might* find a nice terry one soft enough that is white and made in the usa, but it`s doubtful. And the nicest bath towels aren`t cheap in price, so just pick up a Sonus blue drying towel, they`re nice, even better than the Cobra WW I have.

Its true dont use them, well here in Los Angeles we call them Mama towels. I use one for detailing my wife car and it just made lots of wed. I was using it, to take off some wax, I put on #26. So try to find some good MF. Im into looking for some right now. Maybe some one can tells us some MF towels or any good for drying.

Thanks

Actually, 100% USA bath towels are very good. Sal Z. told me a few years ago to do this and to this day I still do. Any water spots leftover I use my WW. I have 2 white large bath towels. Charisma and Ralph Lauren. Both were expensive. Seldom wash them (always clean) so they stay soft.

One thing is that cotton loves a long-lasting LSP (like Zaino) for quick drying. If the LSP is on its last legs drying becomes a chore.

This is my personal favorite drying towel:

Microfiber Drying Towel by Sonus - Better than a chamois! (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/son-dwdt-2.html)

If I find myself in a situation where all of my ww`s are dirty, and I`m in a jam I will use my old trusty Absorber, but its nowhere near as nice as the ww.

This is my personal favorite drying towel:

Microfiber Drying Towel by Sonus - Better than a chamois! (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/son-dwdt-2.html)......I like the Sonus Ultimate Drying Towel (http://www.autopia-carcare.com/mf-200.html). It is super soft/absorbent and is currently on sale. There are other WW`s just like this one (most of them light blue), but with the current sale this one has the best price around. The one JDookie linked to is a pretty good WW too, but I`ve fallen in love with the ones that are super soft and absorbent.

BTW Jason (JDookie) it`s good to have you back!

I tried the Ralph Lauren ones once and will never do it again. SWIRL CITY all over my perfect finish! Sometimes I get myself into more trouble fixing what`s not broken!

I tried endlessly to find 100% cotton towels to no avail. I finally came across the Ralph Lauren which said 100% cotton made in USA and although it took off Zaino much easier and faster, it induced swirls.

MY $.02, spend the 10-15 on a quality WW MF and be done with it!

100% cotton doesnt mean the bindings are cotton...usually polyester.
