I was originally trying to order the synthetic sealant but accidentally ordered the polymer sealant by mistake:wall . Has anyone tried both? and how would you guys compare the old to the new one base on ease of use, durability, gloss, etc...?

Both are pretty easy to use, and look similar. I`d say the durability was about the same for both (2.5-3 months for me on various vehicles).

Don`t discount #20 because it is old though.

My #21 turned into water on my last detail and guess what saved the day? Thats right M20. It is a really solid product. Easy to apply, remove and it gives a great shine and offers fantastic protection.

Bah...I have both and find 20 to be damn near identical to #21. *MAYBE* there are slight differences, but both have performed identically for me.

New packaging doesn`t = Better. ;)

Has #20 been reformulated?

thanks guys. I just tried it on my car and so far im pretty impressed. It is very easy to use and give a great shine. It doesn`t have the depth of my souveran but it is more reflective. Im really more concern about the durability though because im looking for something that will last long for my customers and the ease of use helps a lot. If it last for atleast 3 months i`ll be happy with it.
