Zaino layering

I want to put 2 coats of zaino polish on my black car. Is it better to do 2 layers of Z5 or 1 layer of Z5 followed by a layer of Z2?

I would say it comes down to personal preferance.When i used Zaino, i liked the look of Z5 more than Z2, so i would allways just apply several coats of Z5 and finish with Z8.



I have not used the new Z5Pro, so i do not know how it compares looks wise to Z2Pro,but if you think that your paint would benifit from the `mild` filling aspect of Z5Pro, then i would suggest applying several coats first until you are happy,and then apply the Z2Pro and see if `you` like how it looks over Z5Pro.

For dark cars, most people use Z5p.



Personally, I like the way Z2p looks, so you can put 2 coats of Z5p ENABLED with ZFX, and the last coat of Z2p ENABLED with ZFX.

depending on your color. If it is a medium to dark color, then Z5pro (zfx`d)x2, Z2 pro or CS. You could use all 3 if you want max gloss and reflectivity. On light colors Z2 pro x2, and CS.

I`d stick with Z5, looks better over black.

I think I would go with Z5-Pro too. Also, I don`t know about others` experiences, but I never felt like the filling aspects of Z5 were ever very noticeable. I would just use it because of how it looked, rather than the supposed filling.

I do one coat of each on any color especially black. Z2Pro doesn`t do anything to a layer of Z5Pro except make it wetter, but maybe now with CS the good combo is Z5Pro foloowed by CS. I haven`t been using CS long enough to say, but I definetly use Z5Pro and Z2Pro together when I use Zaino. CS looks pretty promising as far as looks goes too.

I`m about to try Zaino for the first time. My paint is white and I understand that I should use Z2pro, but how would Z5pro look. I prefer the wet look. Any muting of color?

I think Edwin puts Z5pro on his while escalade. It will be fine.
