I currently use Aquawax a lot and I`m pretty sure it`s considered a spray sealant, but I was wondering what are some other spray sealants out there? Same type of application would be nice. I love AW, but the OC in me wants to try some others. Thanks!

Ive had great results with Acrylic Jett Trigger as well, but prefer AW to it because of the price:performance ratio.

Zaino CS is a great spray sealant too, although expensive and very picky on application. My first month of durability testing passed yesterday...still looks good, but so does my AW :)

Optimum Opti-Seal is by far the best spray sealant I have used. Acrylic Jett Trigger would be number 2.

Hi Scott,

I don`t see Optimum Opti-Seal on their website. :nixweiss

Is this Optimum`s version of CS that has not been release or another product?

yes, its the soon to be released spray sealant

Scott, it`s been said that CS takes on the look of whatever it tops. Is Optiseal independent of that? Does it have its own unique look?

Correct. CS really doesn`t seem to have a look of its own, just basically a clear seal (as the name implies) over what is already on the car. I prefer Z8 to Clear Seal. Cheaper and adds more to the appearance. Maybe it isn`t as durable but it is just as easy to use, IMO.

Opti-Seal, on the other hand, gives a very noticable improvement in both depth and wetness.

blkZ28Conv-Opti-Seal is no one`s version of anything. It has been in development for a couple of years and until recently, I don`t think either David nor Sal knew the other was working on a wipe on and walk away product.

Personally, I like it that CS is clear so I can continue using my go-to sealants and waxes to deepen or lighten, then add CS to retain the desired look under a "crystal clear sheild" (for lack of a better way to explain it).

CS on Optiseal? lol I`m thinking I need something between ZAIO and CS on my steel grey. It looks good but doesnt stand out over other products.
