This is a friend of mine`s car that I`ve been procrastinating doing...finally bit the bullet and tackled it.



03 Black Highlander



Products used

PC

SSR3 - Cutting pad

PO85RD - Polishing pad

4Star - UPP

Souveran Paste wax

Nothing was touching these so I decided to break out SSR3 and a cutting pad..finally getting somewhere, with very little hazing.



The thing to remember with SSR3 is DO NOT prime the pad with a qd or water...Priming the pad will lead to heavy hazing.

Amazing!!!! The awesome part is you got those results with a PC!! I would have cried the whole time if I had to only use a PC for that car... :( Excellent job

Prime it with the polish or with a squirt of qd?

what did you mean by do not prime the pad?

Sorry I changed it...Don`t prime it with a QD or water. Also change or clean pads often when using SSR# it clogs pads quickly which can also lead to excessive hazing.

PC is great. Just some defects take a rotary or wet sanding to fix. PCs can fix alot of things, sometimes it just takes a loooooooooong time.
