I have heard a couple of things like take off your wheels and put some cheap ones on, take off all chrome pieces, etc. Is there anything you people that have had work done on your car can recomend to do before my truck sits at a body shop for 2-3wks? I am going to put some extra sealant on the paint/windows to keep from spotting as this body shop has no garage to keep them in overnight.

Anything I should remember?

I would take detailed pictures with date printed to have a good record in case anything comes up.

The best and biggest thing you could do is inspect their completed work. Make sure that all trim on the refinished panels are removed for the refinishing process. Request that they "bag" your wheels to avoid overspray. Ask them before they start the repair if the insurance compantyhas denied ANY of their requests to properly repair your vehicle. Mask and back tape jambs is also important.
