The LC CCS 5.25" or 6.5" pads vs the LC 5.5" or 6.5" Flat pads. Which ones perform better on a PC 7424?

I also would like you hear your opinions on the size of the pads as well.

Mainly looking at orange and white pads here.

I agree, the smaller pads do work better for the porter cable. I love the low profile LC pads 5.5. If you encounter any really rough areas, the 4" pads work splendidly. I noticed that 4" low profile pads are available now also! Those would probably work the absolute best for the PC. I have since moved to the Cyclo, but you will notice that when working with the PC the less pad/backing plate you have to move with the pc, the faster your results will come. The machine really tends to bog with the bigger combos. Hope this helps!

Thanks guys, that does help!

I guess my question should`ve also said if the CCS is counterproductive on PC details? Meaning does the fact that it reduces heat make it harder to remove marring?
