I believe it. In s. NH where I live all the vw/audi dealerships have poor service. I had no idea it was that bad though. It`s a good thing I am a mechanic and I work on vw`s and audi`s. Their detailing is also the worst I have seen, even on the new BMW`s. Now that is a shame!
