I did a Duragloss trial on my car topped with PW / AW and used about a pea-sized drop of Duragloss # 104 paste wax on 1/3rd of the top of the car. Left it alone for 10 minutes and it streaked like mad. Spritzed with DG`s QD to get rid of the streaks but no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

DG 104 is a weird product...I talked to the chemist on the product 104 ..Jerry said to just wipe it on and wait a minute wipe it off...do 1 panel at a time..and it if sets up fast and hard to remove use 104 over it again and wipe off right away..also u can use Fast Clean and shine to remove.....for the streaks...try to re buff..

I would call them also..and ask for Jerry...and explain the problem....he even does not like 104...lol....

Actually 104 is a good looker when you can get it to go one right and come easy..but to much work for me..it is now my wheel sealant....works great for that..wipe on wipe off.....

105 is the top product from them now..best looker and lasts..

Use 101 if you need a lot of cleaning. Use 105 for all the rest, and over 101. Forget 104.

As a follow up to my problem, after trying to remove the streaking w/ S&W, I spread DG 105 over the area and like magic, Streaks are gone.

101 is more of a cleaner, and more suited to single stage paint, does a great job of reviving red paint that has started to oxidise.

PBA helps with the durability of either #111 or #105
