Has anyone here EVER applied Nu Finish with a PC? Since it is slightly abrasive, I wonder what the finish would be like.

I don`t think they had PC`s when nu-finish came out:grinno:

As a matter of fact I am not sure if foam pads were even out:chuckle:

Just imagine if it worked great

Exactly what I`m thinking. What if it is a good one step? I might just go looking for a bottle just to try.

it would be like resurecting a dinasuar. Imagine if it worked and then everyone started buying it. That would be funny! I am gonna have to go by my parents house and check in my old garage.

Chris if you can put up with the smell, by all means go at it!

Pat, I use MPPC for paint clean up. Could NF possibly smell worse than that?

They other day I found some no.7 car wash, no.7 polish for non clear coat, Kar Kraft 1 step, durashine wipe on and walk away sealant(how funny), Mothers polish in a metal can, Meguires#3(funny this is 20 years old and is still the same and they still sell it).

I`m interested in the Durashine.

I`m interested in the Durashine.

When it first came out it was for NON clearcoat cars and it was a wipe on and walk away clear polish. People were putting it on there clearcoat cars and ruining it. It was a thick gel type. They had got sued so many times for it. They had the worst polishes. The duralube oil addative was good stuff though.

the fk1 wash and wax smells and works like the Tannery car wash. That was the first thing I thought when I used fk1 wash and wax.

Funny thing is, I`m actually serious. I mean, what if?? I know that many here have used it in the past and more than likely pitched it out. Modern day application methods and reformulation might have us on to something. Armor All is a much improved product from back in the day. Why not the 52 week car wax?
