Newbie question

Hi, I`m new to the board and was hoping you guys could help me with a question I have. I just bought a 2006 Honda Civic EX coupe with 14,000 miles on it. The paint is in good condition except for a couple of tiny spots that look like pitting. The color is Galaxy Gray. Is there a way to remove these places, and how? I would also like some input on a good

cleaner for my seats which are a velour type fabric
