I actually got this detail because of Autopia.org, in the SouthEaster section.

Process,

both washed with NXT

clayed with Meg`s blue clay

rims cleaned with Meguiars All Wheel Cleaner

Tires dressed with Meguiars HotShine

Exhaust polished with NXT All Metal Polysh

Windows cleaned with NXT Window Cleaner

Interiors cleaned with Meguiars Quik Interior Cleaner and protected with Natural Shine

Headlights,taillights cleaned with Meguiars Plastx

Carpets shampooed with Meguiars APC, 4:1

Wheelwells dressed with Meguiars Hyperdressing 3:1

Infiniti

Polished with Meguiars #80 Speedglaze, via PC with a 8006 pad for 2 passes.

Two coats of Meguiars #21 Synthetic Sealent via pc/hand

Mazda

Marring, scratches removed with Meguiars #83 DAC/P, via rotary @1800 rpm

Polished with Meguiars #80 Speedglaze, via rotary@1300 rpm, with 8006 pad

One coat of Meguiars #21 Sythetic Sealent via pc/hand

One coat of Meguiars NXT Paste Wax via hand

On a note, I forgot how small MX-5`s are, and short it takes to buff them. It took me maybe 20 mintues to hit the whole car with the rotary.

Okay, enough talking, some pictures...

Arrived early and started claying. The Infiniti had a lot of bonded contaminents. Here is the clay after 1/4 of the hood.

The rear was worse, here is after half the rear bumper (about 2 inches thick and 2 feet long)!!!

After washing, claying, and polishing with #80 on the PC, it was time to seal the paint with #21. Here is the fender after the second coat of #21 via PC.

Here is a coupe pictures taken inside the garage. The paint is looking liquid wet.

Then it was outside for some shots and to check for swirls (sorry for the lack of before pictures, but the car had minor water etching and light swirling).

Here you can see the Mazda Miata waiting to be polished with the Infiniti is showing off.

Then it was on the Miata which went quick. I spot buffed some scuffs and scratches, then hit the whole car with 80 on the rotary followed by a coat of 21, topped with NXT.

The white came out very wet, but also very reflective. I had a hard time from keeping the pictures from washing out, so it was hard to capture the liquid reflections on the surface.
