I`ve just started using Optimum products and am happy with PS. I`m thinking about picking up some OCW to use with PS but I`ve been wanting to try AJT as well.
I`m looking for durability as well as a nice wet look on Black and dark metalic Blue. I`m guessing AJT would last longer but I like the idea of spraying OCW while wiping off during the PS process to save some time. Yes, I`m looking to save time too. Can`t I have it all? :think2

well with OCW being a wax the durability is not going to be as good a sealant but from what I heard it is the longest lasting spray wax.
IMO the AJT would last the longest being it is a polymer but even if OCW does loose its luster you still have a sealant underneath to shine through
For spray waxes I think both AJT or AW will last longer than OCW, even though OCW is a sealant/carnauba blend. IMO, if you spray OCW while wiping off OPS you would loose some of the durability and possibly interfere with the curing OPS. BTW the `PS` acronym is taken by Pinnacle Souveran ;)

I use both OCW and AJT, and in my (limited) experience the AJT is more durable. Both are easy and look great.

Prime/AJT will last longer, OPS/OCW will correct a finish better.

Why does it matter?
Both LSP`s are almost as easy as using a QD.
btw, I added AW to several coats of AJ/AJT and the beading is amazing.

AJT looks awesome! but at $15, it`s a little spendy. I haven`t tried OCW but you can buy it by the gallon to cut down cost per use.
Have you considered Aquawax? It`s damn cheap and is worth all the hype.

Yep, that ^^^. OPS has more cut than Prime by a reasonable margin. AJT alone has better durability than OCW, add prime to the mix and it has very good durability (4-6 months). I`d do OPS/AJT. :)

Picus, so OPS/AJT? Does that mean I should Prime over OPS first or can I skip that step? Has anyone tried AJT directly over OPS to see how long it can go?

You could use prime or skip it. Since you`re polishing you probably won`t need to use prime for it`s cleaning ability, more as a base sealant so that`s up to you. I`ve used AJT alone (without prime) after an alcohol/water rubdown and it goes 4+ months for me.

I made a post, about two above yours, with two links. Please check out those links and see that both concerns have been addressed.
