Anyone ever do theseThe Detroit auto show will begin on Saturday.All I ever see on the news is a gentleman simply wiping off the cars and cleaning the glass.

Most of those people you see wiping the cars down are porters from local dealerships. Just like the dealers there are dealers from local places. I believe they also have some sort of contract service they use for the people wiping the cars down.
Basically they are just there to get the finger prints off. As far as detailing stage cars and concepts, from what I usually see some bum must wipe it off with a dirty rag on the street corner because they are alsmot always swirled beyond imagination. LOL As for the floor cars those are just prepped before coming at the local dealers where the cars actually come from.
