well i have a black car and i need help in what products to get. so far this is what i have



Meguiar`s nxt generation car wax

Meguiar`s scratch

Meguiar`s gold class car soap

mothers clay bar

Meguiar`s #7 Show Car Glaze



what else do i need to complete this process a memeber suggested



> Wash

> Clay

> Wash

> Defect correction (the polishing stages)

> Glaze

> Seal

> Wax



what do i use to seal the paint? would the nxt generation wax be the last step? woul number 7 show glaze be the glaze part? what all would i need for a defect correction which is swirls in my case.



please keep in mind i need supplies to be easily obtained as i am only looking for local supplies at the moment. i would greatly appreciate your help. if someone doesnt mind discussing this with me via aim or msn my aim is frhsfootball8o please send me a message



-what type of towels would you recommend that i can get locally also. and where can i get them.

here`s what you should do, and i`m assuming you`re using all otc products...



1. gold class wash

2. mothers clay bar

3. *meguiars deep crystal paint cleaner* run to your nearest

autozone/pepboys and get this.

4. nxt tech wax





also, you can get the viking quick detailing mf towel at k-mart or the megs supreme shine mf towel at pepboys...

> Glaze = show car glaze

> Wax = nxt tech wax



you can get the viking quick detailing mf towel at kmart, or the

meguiars supreme shine mf towel at pepboys.



here`s a pic of the deep crystal paint cleaner below,

it`s very mild and will remove light defects (don`t expect *major* correction).

use scratchx for the heavier defects.



definitely look into purchasing a pc (your hands can only do so much!).
