I have had the pleasure of taking care of this fine vehicle every Sunday morning since Late July `06. Every 2 months or so, I also do a full detail on it. Here are the results from the last full detail from a few days ago. I also did an engine clean up this time as well! Let me know what you think!

Process on the outside:

Wash with Meguiars Super Soap

Wheels Cleaned with Wheel Brightner

Applied 1 Coat of Meguiars #7 Showcar Glaze with PC Speed 4 with Edge 2000 White Finish Pad

Applied 1 Coat of Klasse with PC SPeed 3 with a second Edge 2000 White Finish Pad

Tires Dressed with Hyper Dressing

Engine Cleaned with Meguiars APC+

Dressed with Hyper Dressing

Interior I used Meguiars Interior Quick Detailer and applied some leather dressing where appropriate.

Very nice!

Although the M5 isn`t my cup of tea, you can`t help buy respect how much of a power and technological behemoth it is.

Great work on that M5, real nice photography too.

How did you remove #7, did you have to keep going back to the same panels over and over repeatedly so that it would come off completely?

Thanks

Yes! #7 is a PITA to remove...I used a Monster Fluffy Towel from Detailers Paradise to make it easier.

Great work on a great car! Two thumbs up! I never tire of looking at nice Bimmers.

Oh, there`s that dreaded IDrive knob on the console. Guess I`ll get an M3 if my finances would reverse ; )

Yeah, as much as I liked the wheels, I wouldn`t wanna clean them.

The wheels certainly are a pain to clean, that`s for sure! The wheel brightener from Meguiars helps though.

No problem with SG over the #7 whatsoever!
