I parked my car on a hill and as I was walking up to it, I noticed some white stains along the bottom of the bumper. I had never noticed them before because you can`t see it when you look at the car straight on.
Upon inspection I noticed that there was a piece of black vinyl trim along the bottom of the bumper. The stains were wax.
This always happens to me. I will thoroughly (or so I think) detail the car and then find some piece of molding or some crevice that I missed. Then it will drive me crazy. The car is only 2 months old so I`m still learning all the places that dirt can hide.
I tried to develop a checklist to make sure I don`t miss anything. But it`s still a work in progress. I was thinking that I could use a concourse judging sheet as a starting point. Does anyone have a copy of one that they could post?

Try Google: Concourse Judging Sheets.
You will get lots of hits. Lots of car clubs that publish these sheets.
Way ahead of you Segei, I couldn`t find the actual checklist. If you know of one, could you post the link?

I could never find a concourse check list either.
You would think they would be easy to find.
Is this for real?? 32,000+ Autopians, 360+ online right now, and NO ONE has a concourse checklist??

This is the first I have heard of them. But now I am very interested in them.
I did a quick search and found This (http://www.amonational.com/nonstock.htm)
I found that too Maximus, however it`s not quite what I`m looking for. I`ve heard rumors about Porsche and Mercedes shows where the judges perform a 100 point inspection (I`ve heard of some that have 300 point inspections). All I want is a list with 100 things on it so I can check them off as I clean.

try this Word document (www.jaguar.org.au/images/registers/Nat-Rally-Manual-2004.doc) Look around page 36.
And this pdf (http://www.aroc-usa.org/community/ConcourseManual2006.pdf) file around page 31.

I too used to miss a LOT of spots, get spots that I forgot to buff wax off, etc. I still do to an extent, but these frustrations tend to fade relatively quickly with time and experience. Don`t worry about it!
Heh, yea, my mudguards have a few wax stains on them from NB a lonnngg time ago :o
Not a biggie though, it gave me an opportunity to try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and I`ve gained some experience in minimizing wax stain appearances and making trim look good :)

Concours judging is mostly about originality and historical correctness. They’re more concerned about paint color than swirls or wax residue. They’ll likely to lump all the things you’re worried about into one or two line items like paint or interior “condition†and then spend ten page on hose clamps and lug nuts.
You’ll be better served making your own list.
