OK so I did a search and all I can find are threads on repairing a few miscellaneous paint chips. I have a 2003 Bonneville, and it has where the rear quarters flare out just in front of the rear wheels. So thanks to this genious design, the flares on both sides of the car are just littered with hundreds of stone chips. So I have about a square foot area that looks like white paint was splattered on it. My thought was to spray a coat of paint, then polish to remove it on the good surface, then repeat a couple more times. Has anyone tried this that can tell me if it would work? Any other suggestions?

The spray method might work but it could come out looking just as bad as the chips. It would take a lot of spray paint to level the chips to the good paint. Another way you might want to go for now is touchup123.com I have never used them but everyone I talk to that has raves about it.
