I am pretty new to detailing and as of now do everything by hand, no pc YET (santa??). This is my first click and brag so hopefully all the pictures work. Let me know what you think. All the work listed below was done at the local do it yourself when the weather was less than "appealing" (even for wisconsin boys).

Products Used

Wash: Meguiar`s Gold Class using two bucket Method

Meguiars Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner

Meguiars Deep Crystal Polish

Collonite 476S

Didn`t get a chance to detail the tires, wheel weels, rims because my fingers were starting to ummm freeze :chuckle:

It was my second time using Collonite 476S and it amazes me how well it holds up to my normal wax (Meg`s GC). I am sure if I used another wax my paint would be more reflective but I was pretty impressed at how well it turned out. :up

Out of the Window Shot...

The only before shot...prior to working on my truck, I had a dent removed, which turned out great! :bigups

The little white spots on the paint are snowflakes :sadpace:

Great job. I still have to do it by hand too. Takes a long time, but well worth it. (Especially with black!)

You are a brave man to detail something that big by hand when it is that cold! :bow

Looks fantastic! And by hand???? STELLER!!!! :goodjob

I love those trucks especially in a regular cab. So easy to drive and turn with a shortened wheelbase. (and faster than an extended cab)

Nice job! It looks so tiny without the extra doors and stock height(!), but still a lot of paint considering that tonneau cover. I`m used to my big redneck ride :) I`m really surprised you didn`t clay it first, any reasoning there? Just wait till santa brings you that buffer- your results will be so much better yet. Nice work, especially in that weather. Reminds me why I did my truck a few weeks ago when it was 55 ;)...now it`s 19!

Nasty how much orange peel is on these dodges - your door shot shows it well. Mine too although not quite as much-

I clayed it about 2 months ago and the paint still felt pretty smooth...plus it was really friggen cold out!

I actually wanted to get the quad cab but the price I could get on an 05` Ram standard cab was....unbelievable!! (under 20k by quite a bit :chuckle:)
