Anybody heard of or used Wet Paint Glaze?

Hey all,

I got a sample of this stuff. It says it`s a waterless wash, polish and glaze.

I have found it containd kerosene! A little old school.

It left the hood smooth and shiney but it might hurt the paint. Input please.

The "waterless wash" part of it would scare me away from it.
