Hi Everyone

I am getting my PC this weekend (hopefully no sudden thing screws up my budget!), but I don`t have $$$ yet for buffing pads & new polishes. However I have 3M perfect-it fine compound, Megs # 7 glaze, and Mothers pure carnauba wax.
Question : Will the polishing pad in the PC7336SP be enough for me to detail the car, using my current stuff, or should I wait and save up for some more buffing pads and better polishes and sealants?
Thanks for your help.

Yes, in my opinion. I have used the PC polishing pad, 3M Perfect-It III with success. Never used #7 or Mother`s PCW but plenty of people like both products. You could skip the #7, differing opinions on that one. So you are just getting started. It is not at all difficult. I do not generally work the PC on a speed setting over 5.

Thanks Trader

I will try the PC this weekend, and post some pics too.
So you mean, after 3M, just top it off with the carnauba wax?
Hopefully, after this trial detail, I can do a better detail when I buy a few more pads, and some other polishes.
Enjoy your weekend.
