Windex Spill!!!

Hey Guys,



I had a bottle of windex leak all over my floormat and carpet (it`s dark grey/black). Does anyone know if this will fade my carpet? I hosed down the floormat very well and rinsed out the inside carpet in the car with water then wiped it up as best I could. Damn cheap windex from CVS!

:) I was just about to comment on the fact that there are better glass cleaners out there for car windows. Good note at the end :)



As long as you scrub it clean, I don`t think there should be any discoloration. If you happen to have a wet vac, you can scrub it clean and suck the water out so it dries quickly. If you don`t see any discoloration after cleaning, it should be fine.

Windex, I believe has amonia in it. Did it dry before you cleaned it? If not, you should be ok.
