What I do is:

Live with most of them; consider touching up a few large ones; get the area in question repainted if I have a lot of chips and they bother me that much.

As I`ve posted many times before, years ago I read a magazine article about a famous car museum (forget which one...) wherein the curator, asked about the chips on some valuable cars, said: "Real cars have stone chips".

You got that right homey!!!!! I`m a NJ boy too and driving any interstate (80, 287, 78), Garden State Parkway, or Turnpike in NJ is like parking your car in front of a kid with bb gun. Mine are so bad on my 98 Accord, I got a nose cover to hide them.

i have plenty of them and as long as there are debris, rocks, dirt, etc.. on the roads, it`s going to happen sooner or later...

They say real cars have rock chips, and garage queens may not have any at all... that`s just probably a stupid comment from my part...
