Even though I have been recently dissapointed in my Zaino, I still like it enough to keep using it. I just bought some #80 speed glaze and I want to use that too. Will Zaino bond? What could I put between that to help bonding? I have OP SSR1 FPII RMG.

I think if you use any of those polishes you mentioned you will just be removing the #80 oils that gives it the wet look.

I know you`ve been disappointed lately with Zaino...but wait until RDF comes out, I think it is just what you`re looking for!

I know for a fact Zaino will bond over #80. I polished a car for a friend, did the swirl removal, and he then applied a few layers of Zaino. He said it worked really well.

Well, I knew that Scottwax used to use #80 and then EX. I went with that combo, dosent seem as "bright or flakey" as Zaino, but just as deep.

Zaino bonds best to "clean" paint. I would suggest using Zaino as it`s intended inorder to achieve optimum results. You could use a 50/50 IPA wipedown before the Zaino, but to me, it kinda defeats the purpose of using the #80. You might also try a layer of Klasse AIO after the #80. AIO makes for a great base for just about everything.
