Nice try with the first combo (gives a similar result on my car), but nope, still no cigar!

Meguiars #16 beads like that.

Yes it (#16) does! But still no cigar! 845 tends to give even smaller, tighter beads. Keep `em coming... ;)

hhhmm.

Well, the tighttest beading I`ve ever gotten was from the following:

#16

WG

Z2Pro

OPT Spray Wax (2 coats)

And after giving the paint an intense cleaning and polish (no wax or sealant; thats

just what it looks like after I am done).

I know #16 is out, but could it be one of these possibilities?

I can see why that would work well (!), but nope, keep `em coming. :D

Acryllic Jett/FMJ

Nope - I find FMJ doesn`t bead at all, rather it just sheets well. The camera I use is a Fuji Pinepix F700, which is a fairly cheap 6MP digital compact. I bought it because magazine reviews said it took a mean picture for the price, and after learning how to use it properly in manual mode I have to say I`ve been delighted with it. :)
