I generally use 91 octane (no 92-94 out here in CA due to env regulations)

93 octane here, at least at the stations I frequent.

91 or 94... since the car requires it.

87 in the care that requies 87.

91 or better in the car that requires it.

You should only run what your vehicle requires.

I cant vote, one car runs 92 and the other 87.

Can`t vote either. One car takes 93, the other two take 87.

87 all the way! I used to run 93 in my Honda and Subaru but towards the end I realized it was dumb and a waste of money so since then I have been running 87. My F-150 runs fine with it.

Same here. My 05 Suby Legacy wagon takes regular (87) while my old Benz takes 93.

87, 99.99% of the time

Even though I`ve got 92 in the car right now. :D It`s my first tank of premium in probably a year.

My Integra takes out lots of timing with lower octane so it gets nothing but the 9x. The other two cars do OK on lower grades but are more "lively" with the higher grade. They all "require" 91 or better.

My grandam originaly was tuned for 87 from the factory. I tuned it for higher timing and now i cant run anything lower than 91 or i get KR like a mofo.

And that`s how this "poll" should have read:

I follow the mfr`s recommendation for fuel

I ignore the mfr`s recommendation for fuel
