QEW vs. OPTIMUM NO RINSE

I no longer work at a dealer, so now that it is getting to be winter, it will be a pain cleaning cars.

I have cleaned in cold weather before, but that included a rinse, wash, rinse, and dry.



so, my question is, which product do you guys prefer, QEW or optimum no rinse wash ?



suggestions, opinions, personal preference, let me know !!

Kind of your pick - some ppl prefer QEW over ONR and vice versa. I haven`t used QEW but I like ONR.

I`ve used both and I much prefer using ONR. Leaves the finish slicker, works better on glass and has at least equal cleaning power.

I never tried ONR, but like QEW alot. Just got another gallon.

Sounds like a toss up between the two. I`ll be trying QEW soon thanks to TomP :)

ONR is my favourite. Comes out soo much clearer on glass.

my first ONR expierience was a blast . . . butg woudlent mind trying the other product everyone raves about . . . DP 4 in 1 has gotten some prasing too . . . hmmmm . . . so many products . . .so little cash . .

since i`ll be washing cars that have been driven through salt and snow,

is there still a call for pre-rinsing ??



or do you just start washing ?

i`d like to induce as little swirling / marring as possible.

i was reading some of the older posts, that have discussed similar situations,

and i guess i`ll be using some qew / onrw is a trigger bottle to pre-treat some of the heavy soiled areas.



its going to suck not working at a dealer, being able to wash the cars with a hose and bucket, always nice to rinse everything thoroughly.

You`ll soon realize how much easier and faster it is to wash the car this way.

there`s votes for qew and its "finish" and there are votes for ONR`s "finish"

i think i am going to give the onr a shot,

since it seems to be more slick, and leaves the glass better.

maybe i`ll ask for some qew for xmas, then that way i can make my own comparisons,

and only spend half the $$

I have used both and can say the ONR does do a better job on glass as mentioned. I was a bit uneasy changed to ONR from QEW but the jump proved well. Over the Zaino on my truck the finish is left nice and slick
