... while taking a shower I realized that my WaterPik showerhead was actually producing a mechanical action of agitating the water which is great to remove dirt and maybe even produce a touchless wash without a pressure washer or even better since a pressure washer does not agitate the dirt. It would be easy and inexpensive to convert it to a garden hose attachment with a few adapters. Anyone ever try using a Teldyne Water Massage to wash their car ? I want to try it, but it getting to be winter here, maybe some of you guys in warmer climates can try it. I will have to wait till summer hits again :(

Ed! You should have kept this one quiet, you could have been the first one to introduce fluidics to car washing!

I have few cars that don`t see car wash as often as they should and are perfect candidates to try this on. I will try it as soon as I can.

Since we`re talking ideas, here`s one that I thought of a while back and have put to practice with very good results.

For a quick easy wash, I simply use one of my paint guns to spray panels down with ONR (Optimum No Rinse) before I wipe them down with a wet MF. The water / ONR solution atomizes much better with the paint gun than from a bug sprayer. The fine spray helps to more thoroughly coat the surface with the ONR solution. When the gun is held closer to the surface, the spray helps to was haway any filth without touching the surface. When the gun`s trigger is only pulled part way in, it shoots just air, which helps to dry the surface.

Don`t count on this method being any quicker, but it adds to the fun when you have extra time on your hands.

LoL ...yer, but a pressure washer can`t be portable and it doesn`t always get rid of grim and dirt wihtout passing a mitt. You need electricity also !

Just think of how you`ll be relaxing the muscles on your car as well!

I know my truck deserves a massage.
