Right first go at this so be kind :)

This is my MY07 Boxster 2.7, had it a month now and I still make the neighbours think I`m a madman by going outside and looking at it.

No particular order. It`s a new car so all I`ve done since getting it is to use the 2 bucket method with Gold Class, nice plush mitts and a couple of buckets both with grit guards.

The paint was swirl-free so was cleaned with Carlack AIO and topped with Collinite 476.

I`m not big on shiny tyres so they were simply cleaned with Aldi`s finest 59p Powerforce APC diluted roughly 1:4.

Now the images (assuming this works), no before photos as it was pretty clean before really.

I love what 476 did for your car`s paint! Looks very wet and tons of depth.

Swimming pool depth!

Maybe try some Meg`s Hyper Dressing cut 2:1 for a matte look on you tires. It will protect them too.

Which do you think handles better, the MX-5 or the Boxter? I LOVED slinging my sister`s miata around twisty roads. One of the best I`ve ever driven.

Tough call :)

The Mazda is a blast to drive and is really chuckable, but feels underpowered and the engine sounds a bit "buzzy" (it`s a 1.8L), plus I`m not sure I`d want to spend long on a Motorway or A-Road commuting in it.

The Boxster just seems to do everything right IMHO, I was a little apprehensive how good a daily driver it would be, but it`s just great in every single regard.

I do not think that you can compare a Mazda to a Boxer. Great looking car, best of luck with it.

Careful not to get any speeding violations.

Why not?

Power to weight is close to the same. RWD. Naturally aspirated. I don`t think they are talking about confort comparisons.......just performance.

Nice work! Beautiful color- what code is that? Mine is quite simply the best car I`ve ever driven, super balanced, great power, unmatched handling. I autocross mine about 5-10 times a year, and it is a real contender. The new 987 and 987S are definitely no joke, just all the best of what a Porsche is. Best of luck mate.
