Hey all,
I have been an extremely pleased Poorboy`s user for quite some time. I love the finish that I have been able to get on the various cars I have done. BUT I have been doing a lot of reading about the Optimum line and had a few quick questions.
From what I understand, The Optimum polishes have an extremely long working time. Could this mean I could work larger sections at a time, say a 1/2 hood instead of 1/4? (assuming the polish dont dry out)
More important to me is, because of this long work time, could I apply and remove defects with say an orange pad and OC then immediately move to a white polishing pad and finish with the same initial application? Or does this require a seperate polishing step? Does anyone work these polishes this way?
It seems like I could save a lot of time if I could avoid another step.
