I`m planning to wax my car with NXT and then #26. My question is should I top the #26 wax with the P21S? Will I see a difference or will that make it worse?

Depends on what you`re trying to accomplish.
I`ve found on my silver car that 26 makes a darker glow, whereas P21 makes it brighter/shinier.
Don`t know about on other color vehicles.

26 is a dark wax. I doubt the p21s will add anything to the finish
