I applied Aquapel as part of my winter prep for the Audi last year and was really impressed. So I compounded my windshield last night and am going to apply it again.

Last year I did the front side windows and the rear glass in addition to the windsheild. Am I just wasting product as there may not be any need for it on those other places?

What d`ya think?

You need to protect the glass from water spots, etching, etc. So yes, apply it to all of the glass.

If you`re going to do it, might as well all the glass. It won`t look good when your paint, windshield, front glass, and rear glass have amazing beading but the rear windows look all blotchy and ugly :) I understand Aquapel is quite expensive, but the rear windows aren`t going to use that much product anyways. Go for it :)

I`ve also noticed that other treated windows last much longer than the windshield, so chances are that the Aquapel on your other windows will last longer (beading wise) than the windshield.

Protected windows will make any wash easier.

I apply Rainx to all of my car`s glass ad even the sideview mirrors. It helps, I notice water shooting off of my rear windshield and even my windows...It really helps when you wash the car. I like to clean my windows and apply Rainx to them before I wash, it makes everything easier.

Thanks everyone. Based on what I saw was going to be the consensus I did `em all the way around.
