I am pretty sure if you use USPS you can get anything shipped to a APO.

I use USPS for all international orders. I looked on the USPS site and it seems like you can ship anything to APO boxes. Honestly I have never sent to one but from what I read it looks like it would go through without troubles. What I do for the international orders is just have people e-mail me what they want. Or even PM me is fine as well.

its for a friend thats stationed here in the US airforce, from what i understand shipping to APO box anywhere in the world will be the same as shipping within the states

APO is no different than shipping to any other US address (the postage is the same) except for one thing... is the parcel is over a 16 oz. you need to include customs forms, info is here http://postcalc.usps.gov/restrictions.asp?OZ=11791&DZ=09464
